I have dealt with Tracy for obtaining my initial mortgage and refinance. No need to do any leg work and response time is the same day. Banking institutions will take more than a week for an approval and rates are not the best. Tracy ensures that she obtains the best rate possible, arranges all the documentation, obtains a lawyer if necessary for closing etc. She is very efficient, great personality many years experience in the field, answers all questions asked of her and provides professional recommendations.
